About the Layout
This layout feature Mars from one of my favourite boy band Top Combine, I absolutely adore this person, he writes and composes his own songs, and he wrote and composed one of my all time favourite-Cotton Candy.
Drop Shadow
First open the png on Paint Shop Pro. Here's the picture I'm going to use:
Select the whole png (Ctrl+A), and the go to selection >>> float. Now go to Effects >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shaddow, you can play around with the setting
You can repeat this as many times you want, it depends on how thick you want the blur to be. Here's my result:
